Returns Policy
We do not offer returns. Of course, if there is an error with your order or an item is flawed. Please please Contact Us with your order number and details about the problem. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to many addresses in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note: with the current situation of high and frequently changing fuel surcharges, your shipping charge may be higher then estimated. If this is the case, you will be contacted prior to shipping. If the shipping estimate is higher then the actual cost, any overage more then several dollars will automatically be refunded.
Canadian and USA Flat Rate Shipping
When flat rate shipping is selected, the order will ship the most economical way. In many cases, this will be Canada Post or USPS. Often times, it may ship by Fedex, UPS or other courier. Postal service will be used for all PO box addresses.
